You can submit your application form at any of What’s Hot’s information desk: Costa Marbella (basement 2), Mijas Costa (semi-basement), El Capricho Marbella (basement 1), Avda. Andalucía Málaga (ground floor), López y Mesa (ground floor), Siete Palmas (basement 1), Tres de Mayo (ground floor) and Supercor and Supercor Expres Shops (Costa del Sol & Canary Islands). Alternatively, you can apply for the card online at www.whatshot.es.

When you complete the application form, you will receive information about the offers and incentives by email. You must take into account that official documentation (passport, driving licence or residence card) will be required to register your What’s Hot loyalty card.
The What’s Hot card is not a payment method; it is personal and non-transferrable and may only be used by the person whose name appears on the card’s contract.
DETAILS ABOUT USING THE CARD:
The What’s Hot loyalty card is a completely free service provided by El Corte Inglés, which entitles you to exclusive offers, discounts and incentives throughout Costa del Sol and the Canary Islands
Customers holding a What’s Hot promotional card will obtain a bonus of 2% in their purchases from the Food and Beverages, Toiletries, Drugstore and Pets departments at supermarkets in Costa Marbella, El Capricho Marbella, Costa Mijas, Avda. Andalucía Málaga, Mesa y López, Siete Palmas, Tres de Mayo and Supercor and Supercor Exprés shops on the Costa del Sol and the Canary Islands. Furthermore, you will receive higher temporary bonuses in a selection of products and departments at El Corte Inglés.
The bonuses obtained by the customer through the What’s Hot card are valid during 12 months from the date of each purchase and can be redeemed on any purchase at any point participating in the What’s Hot promotion at El Corte Inglés, El Corte Inglés Supermercado, Hipercor, Supercor and Supercor Exprés on the Costa del Sol and the Canary Islands

MAIN PURPOSE:
Subscribing to the “What’s Hot” card from El Corte Inglés serves the purpose of providing a loyalty programme for foreign customers residing in Spain , offering a series of benefits, discounts and offers on products and services and informing customers about these by email or post, with authorisation lasting until consent is revoked.
LEGITIMACY:
The legal basis to process your personal data is determined by your consent, which has been provided and collected through your application form.
RECIPIENTS:
In some cases, it is necessary for us to disclose or transfer the information you have provided to us to third parties, in order to provide the service you have requested, such as logistics companies, carriers and delivery services, etc.
Likewise, your personal data will be available to public administrations, Judges and Courts, to tend to potential liability arising from the processing of your personal data.
RIGHTS:
Data subjects are entitled to obtain access to their personal data as well as to request the correction of inaccurate data or, where appropriate, request erasure when, among other reasons, the data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected.
In certain circumstances, interested parties may request to limit the processing of their data, in which case we shall only store them to exercise or defend claims.
Likewise, for reasons related to their specific situation, interested parties may oppose the processing of their data, in which case their personal information shall stop being processed for those purposes for which they have stated their opposition.
